Christmas comes to Kingfield Park
Wed, Dec 6th 2006, 11:00
Oh come, all ye faithful to Redrow’s Kingfield Park development at Orrell Park this Thursday (December 7th) for an early Christmas treat.
Pupils from Rice Lane Junior School, Walton, will be filling the skies with Christmas cheer when they sing carols outside the development’s brand new view home, transforming the popular new homes venture into a winter wonderland.
There will be seasonal delights available for visitors to Kingfield Park, too, when they stroll through the view home as they will be given mince pies and mulled wine to get into the festive spirit.
The celebrations are in honour of Redrow’s exciting new four-bedroom Lea view home at the Orrell Park development, which has been dressed with carpets and light fittings to give home buyers the experience of living in a Redrow home.
Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), says: “Christmas really has come early for home buyers at Kingfield Park. Those on the hunt can take in the contemporary new view home while sipping on mulled wine to Christmas carols. We are delighted to be hosting this early Christmas treat.”
As well as the view home, there are more treats in store for home buyers at Kingfield Park as they can now ‘Fast Track’ their way to a better Christmas. Fast Track homes give home buyers the chance to move in to the property right now, and when customers purchase one of these properties, they can receive a £10,000 discount on selected properties.
The Fast Track option is currently available on selected detached four-bedroom Otter and Lea house types - perfect for growing families who will benefit from the en-suite shower room that adjoins the master bedroom and integral single garage space.
The Lea is currently priced at £199,995, while the Otter starts at £231,995.
“A Fast Track home at Kingfield Park has everything you need to get started. They’re built and ready to move into straight away - there’s really nothing standing in the way,” adds Christine.
Other homes currently available include the three-bedroom detached Kennet, priced from £189,995 and the three-bedroom detached Hardwick, priced from only £179,995. Incentives are included on selected plots.
Kingfield Park is located in the Orrell Park district of Liverpool and is just two miles from Aintree racecourse.
Join Redrow and school children from Rice Lane School for Christmas carols and mince pies from 2pm on Thursday 7th December for a Christmas treat not to be missed.
