Part-ex this Christmas
Wed, Dec 6th 2006, 11:00
Let Redrow grant your Christmas wish by enabling you to move into your new home in time for the festive period.
The local house builder is offering home-hunters the chance to part-exchange at select developments throughout the South West – but they’ll have to be quick.
With the part exchange incentive on selected plots, Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property (subject to criteria), taking the problem of finding a buyer out of their hands and leaving them free to concentrate on the move into a brand new home.
Lorraine Kendrick, sales director for Redrow Homes (South West) says: “Part-exchange is ideal for those who want to move swiftly without having to worry about selling their current house first or the threat of a chain collapsing. We will take care of the red tape, leaving the customer free to enjoy their new home.”
Part-exchange is currently available at Elmbridge Park in Gloucester, Abbey Manor in Swindon, Fenway Park in Chippenham and Rushmead Park in Trowbridge.
“We have some great homes ready to move into at each of the developments. A perfect example of this is the Malham at Fenway Park. It is a great family home and is currently priced from only £219,995.”
The three-bedroom home briefly consists of an open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor as well as an integrated garage and cloakroom. The first floor is home to one of the bedrooms, the family bathroom and the spacious living room, which enjoys a rear facing outlook. Upstairs again is home to the master bedroom with its en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. A second bedroom on this floor also features the added bonus of fitted wardrobes for extra storage.
Other house-types available throughout the South West include the three-storey Webburn at Elmbridge Park, Gloucester, priced at £329,995 and the four-bedroom Teign at Abbey Manor Swindon, priced at £234,995.
Redrow Homes (South West) is a subsidiary of Redrow plc, which builds around 5,000 new homes each year. The Bristol-based regional company is currently building new homes in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset.
