Celestia, the stunning waterfront apartment venture in Cardiff Bay, now has its own ‘shop window’, including a furnished view apartment.

After months of selling off-plan from the city centre, award winning developer Redrow has opened an on-site marketing suite and the view apartment, which gives would- be buyers the chance to fully immerse themselves in the lifestyle on offer at the development.

Bev Wookey, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: “We’ve had fantastic success selling Celestia off-plan but it’s great to actually be down in the Bay and to be able to show people what we are building. The new view apartment at Celestia is on the ground floor of Maia, overlooking the piazza that we are creating at the centre of the development.

“The L-type apartment is a two-bedroom property with an open plan living area and en-suite to master bedroom. It has been furnished to give apartment hunters an idea of the spacious living accommodation and premium specification that Celestia offers.”

The apartment has been dressed with carpets, curtains and light fittings and also incorporates a special furniture package that Redrow is offering to customers.

Bev added: “The brand new furniture pack would be perfect for investors looking for stylish properties to buy to let. It would also save a lot of move in time for those wanting to use their new apartment as a city ‘crash pad’ while working in Cardiff.”

While the interiors at Celestia offer plenty to celebrate, the main selling point for most people is its prime location.

The stylish collection of 457 luxury waterfront apartments is right in the thick of the action adjacent to the Wales Millennium Centre with its packed diary of musicals, theatre, opera, ballet and dance, across the bay from St David’s Hotel & Spa and close to Mermaid Quay.

Cardiff by day is alive with both shopping and a hugely popular café culture, which offers a diversity of food that will please all tastes and appetites. By night the choices for entertainment seem endless. Among them is the sporting action at the Millennium Stadium, the array of night clubs and the five star Marco Pierre White restaurant – Tides.

A stylish single-bedroom apartment at Celestia could be yours for as little as £161,950. Two-bedroom apartments similar to the view home are currently available across four floors in the Maia building, starting at just £186,950. There are also some fantastic apartments and penthouses on the upper floors of Vega, with fabulous views and prices from £255,950 to £431,950.

If the Celestia lifestyle appeals to you, visit the new marketing suite, off Pierhead Street, in Cardiff Bay, or take a look inside the fully furnished view apartment seven days a week between 10am and 5,30 pm. For more information, call the sales team on 02920 461 182.
