‘Mastermove’ to Llantwit Fardre
Tue, Dec 12th 2006, 11:00
With great commuter links and a range of brand new homes available, properties at Redrow’s Glyn Coediog development are quite a find.
And now moving into one of them is easier than ever, as Redrow’s sales team is working with estate agents in the area to make moving home a master stroke.
House hunters with a home to sell, who take advantage of Redrow’s Mastermove service, can sit back after reserving their plot, while the sales consultant appoints a local estate agent and then keeps in touch with them on a weekly basis until a buyer is secured for their existing property.
Debby Pavitt, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales) said: “Those who have experienced moving home will know how much work can be involved in finding a buyer and negotiating a reasonable price. With Mastermove, our sales team does all the hard work, allowing the buyer to effortlessly move into a new home.”
On top of all that, when the purchase is complete, Redrow will pay up to £2,000 of the agent’s fees.
Annette John, of Peter Alan estate agents in Talbot Green, said: “The local market here remains very buoyant and we have had a lot of interest in the Mastermove scheme already. We are delighted to be working with Redrow to provide this service as we feel it will benefit everyone involved.”
A range of four-bedroom detached properties is currently available at Glyn Coediog, ready for buyers to move in as early as January.
Among the properties on offer is the four-bedroom, two-storey Otter, a spacious family home with an integral garage. The ground floor comprises a spacious lounge, a kitchen with adjoining utility and a cloakroom while upstairs is home to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, three further double bedrooms and the family bathroom.
Another desirable house type available at the development is the four-bedroom Severn, which downstairs features a utility room, cloakroom and study, as well as a lounge and separate formal dining room. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and the family bathroom as well as the master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The high quality homes though, are just one of Glyn Coediog’s many selling points. The venture is ideally situated for commuting thanks to easy access to the M4 motorway. There is also a local bus stop near the development operating a regular service to Pontypridd town centre and the surrounding district.
The nearest local railway station is located in Pontypridd linking to the main Inter-City service throughout the UK, while the station close by in Pontyclun, offers a main line service to Swansea and West Wales.
The neighbouring towns of Pontypridd and Llantrisant offer a wide selection of shops, banks and retail outlets and these can be reached within a ten minute drive from the development.
Prices at Glyn Coediog currently start at just £244,950 for a four-bedroom detached Otter and go up to £299,950 for a four-bedroom detached Vendford.
Those interested in ‘Master-moving’ to Glyn Coediog visit the marketing suite between 10am and 5.30pm, seven days a week or call the sales team on 0845 676 0314.
