Everyone needs good neighbours

Delighted first time buyers who made their ‘Debut’ on the property ladder in Hilton, near Derby, met their neighbours at a party hosted by the house builder who helped make it happen.

Redrow Homes hosted a party at the innovative Debut @ Hilton development as a way for all those who have invested in their first homes to meet their peers who also took the plunge.

Julia Pallister, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands) says: “Buying your first home can be quite a stressful time but it’s also a milestone that deserves to be celebrated – so we thought a ‘housewarming’ party in one of our show homes was the perfect way for all those who have purchased so far to have a drink, relax and get to know the people they’ll be living close to.
