Hazel Grove welcomes new development

An award-winning house builder has launched a host of sought-after new homes in Greater Manchester to a warm welcome from locals.

The North West operation of the award winning Redrow, which was recently named as one of the UK’s best volume house builders*, has just launched a new development in the beautiful village of Hazel Grove.

Redrow’s new venture in Greater Manchester is called ‘Cooper Court’ and is set to feature 98 two and three-bedroom mews and town houses and two-bedroom apartments. The development is located off Cooper Street in the village and is close to the A6 road and local hospital.

The development will be located on the site of a former packaging factory and is close to Hazel Grove village centre, which boasts all the amenities you could need.  Prices for a two-bedroom apartment start from £165,000.

Travel connections around the Cooper Court development are excellent with easy access to the A6 which runs from London to Carlisle. The A6 also links to the M1 and M6 leading to London, Newcastle, Sheffield, and Manchester and beyond.  There is also a local railway station which will take people straight into Manchester Piccadilly train station.
