Show home is the height of opulence

Opulent decadence is the theme for a spectacular new show home that’s just opened its doors at Redrow’s popular development in Bexhill-on-Sea.
St Mary’s Park is the venue, where customers can experience life at the stylish development first-hand when they step into the brand new fully furnished townhouse that’s been given a professional make-over.
The four-bedroom, three-storey Rowling has been individually fashioned by Redrow’s professional interior design company, Connections in Design, and the chic tailoring of the property promotes a sophisticated lifestyle that’s intended to fuel customers’ home-making desires.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: “We are delighted to open the doors to our fabulous new Rowling show home. It demonstrates the range of properties we have in our last significant phase of this impressive venture, and will help home buyers visualise what their own living space can be like.
“The look we have aimed for is ‘opulent decadence’. The colour scheme offers a palette of cream, bronze, gold, brown and burnt orange, creating the feeling of being surrounded by riches. The lounge is filled with neutral shades with sand-coloured sofas and brown and beige accessories, making it perfect for entertaining guests.
“Continuing the theme of entertaining, the kitchen has been designed in contemporary white with wooden surfaces, making it perfect for creating culinary masterpieces fit for a dinner party”.
The master bedroom is at the heart of the lavish lifestyle on display in the show home, with leather furnishings and a padded bronze throw giving the Rowling its ‘wow-factor’.
The house is a stunning four-bedroom, three-storey townhouse which offers space for home buyers to really spread out in. In a three-storey property, home owners have the opportunity to set aside whole areas of the house for teenage children, an older relative or visiting guest. Unused bedrooms also lend themselves to alternative uses, such as a home office, gym or TV lounge.
Paul adds: “The show home at St Mary’s Park displays all possibilities on offer when you purchase a three-storey home. Each of the town houses at the development has a regency look, with traditional 18th century style architecture on the outside, while maintaining up to the minute 21st century interiors, creating a wonderful mixture of old and new.”
A Rowling, similar to the show home, is currently priced from £242,000 and comes with a detached single garage. Other townhouses available at the development include the three-bedroom Larkin, priced from £230,000 and the four-bedroom Heaney, priced from £250,000.
With London just a 90-minute train journey away, Bexhill-on-Sea is the ideal location for commuters who work all day in the city and want to unwind after a long day in the capital, as well as growing families requiring space and holiday home buyers.
The main train station in Bexhill gives a journey time of less than an hour to Brighton, while Eastbourne, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells can also be reached via the regular bus services that run from the town centre. Gatwick airport is just an hour away.
