A New age dawns in Thatcham
Tue, Jan 16th 2007, 11:00
Exciting changes are under way at Redrow’s popular Thatcham development - and the new phase of homes now on release will have home buyers spoilt for choice.
Kennet Heath offers some of Redrow’s very best traditionally-inspired properties, as well as apartments that tick all of the boxes that make up a great home - and now the award winning house builder is presenting house hunters with a whole new phase of stylish properties to choose from.
The latest phase will consist of 110 properties, made up of a selection of two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: “Kennet Heath has been a big hit, thanks to a collection of homes that appeal to buyers from across the board, and the village-like feel to the development means a new community has developed. We confident the new phase will continue to build on this popularity.
“The new chapter in the Kennet Heath story has lots to offer customers. With homes spread out over three floors, emulating the character of this Berkshire town, families and downsizers will be able to make full use of the extra space provided by the larger properties, while first-time buyers and young professionals can enjoy living in their own stylish two-bedroom apartment.”
Kennet Heath’s success story started in 2003 and in the time since its launch, more than 200 Redrow customers have moved in, confirming its status as one of the most sought-after developments from Redrow’s portfolio in the south east of England.
Kennet Heath is situated in one of England’s oldest towns, Thatcham, a quintessential market town. Each home on the development has been traditionally constructed to include a wealth of individual features.
Conveniently located just off the A4, Kennet Heath provides easy access to nearby Newbury, Basingstoke and Reading, with the M4 and M3 motorways just a short drive away. Even better, Thatcham railway station is within walking distance and offers frequent trains to Reading and Paddington.
The first homes in the new phase will be completed in June 2007 and properties currently released for sale include the three-bedroom Fairwood, priced from £220,950 and the four-bedroom Ouse, from £278,950.
For your chance to join the new age at Kennet Heath, visit the development located on Station Road, which is open daily 10am-5.30pm, to view a selection of fully furnished show homes, or call the sales consultant on 01635 863026.
