Home buyers on the lookout for their dream home in Liverpool can now experience life at Redrow’s Cressington Heath development in Garston first-hand.

House hunters can visualise life spread out over three floors when they step through the doors to the fabulous three-storey, four-bedroom Neale show home that’s now open.

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), says: “We are delighted to invite customers to visit our Neale show home at Cressington Heath. The Neale has been designed to display contemporary living in a property that holds appeal for buyers from all walks of life.”

The Neale offers home buyers the opportunity to make use of the space provided in any way that suits them. The ground floor features to one side of the staircase a spacious living area and to the other side, a kitchen/dining area.

The first floor boasts the roomy lounge and the master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom. The second floor is home to a further three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Christine adds: “As well as presenting the new show home to buyers, Redrow has an offer on all Neale properties at Cressington Heath that is not to be missed. For a limited time only this desirable home, which is usually priced at £214,995, is just £199,995, so customers should hurry if they don’t want to miss out.”

As well as the Neale, the traditional Walkham house type is also available at this popular Garston development. This is another three-storey, four-bedroom property and for home buyers who wish to see the Walkham, there is a show home open now. The Walkham is priced from £309,995.

There is also the stunning five-bedroom Webburn property available, priced from £349,995.

There is also a special offer on selected plots. Christine explains: “We have two very special homes available that come complete with a money-off offer especially for this launch weekend. One of our remaining Walkham properties was £309,995 and is now £294,995 and one of our Webburn homes was £349,995 and is now the special one-off price of £334,995.”

Cressington Heath is also the venue for another unique property. Redrow has teamed up with Liverpool-based art company, Dot-Art, to transform a view home into a fully-fledged art gallery featuring work of local artists.

For home buyers who snap up a new home at Cressington Heath throughout the duration of the Dot-Art exhibition (until March 2007), Redrow will give them a £250 voucher to spend on art at Dot-Art’s main gallery on Oriel Close, off Water Street in the city centre.

Cressington Heath will eventually comprise 314 new homes on a 35-acre site formally owned by Associated British Ports (ABP) between Aigburth and Garston.

Once complete, it will offer everything from two-bedroom apartments, through town houses and semi-detached properties to large and luxurious detached homes.
