It’s showtime!

Tue, Jan 23rd 2007, 11:00

The best things come to those who wait - and the wait is almost over for home buyers on the lookout in Liverpool as a brand new show home opens this weekend (January 27th/28th).

House hunters are invited to the launch of the exciting new detached four-bedroom Lea show house at Redrow’s Kingfield Park development, in Orrell Park, where they can experience the reality of life at this popular new homes venture

Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), says: “We are delighted to open the doors to our new Lea show home. It is a welcome addition and we expect a lot of interest in this new show property.”

Fashioned by Redrow’s professional interior design company, the show home has been individually crafted with the young couple or growing family in mind and is intended to fuel the imagination of homebuyers who want ideas for their dream home.

Christine says: “The look we have aimed for is something that is family-orientated while remaining young and fresh. The colour scheme offers a palette of cream and red, with hints of orange and brown in different rooms to add a touch of spice, creating a feeling of homely warmth. The spacious lounge is filled with shades of red and cream, with mature brown undertones, making it perfect for entertaining guests and maximising the living space to its full potential.

“Continuing the theme of entertaining, the living room opens out into the dining room, which has been designed in contemporary white with luscious reds, making it ideal for creating an ambience fit for a dinner party.”

The master bedroom is at the heart of the family lifestyle on display in the show home, with cream and white furnishings and deep red accessories giving the Lea its ‘wow-factor’.

As well as the master bedroom, the remaining bedrooms have been designed with the growing family unit in mind. There is the typical teenage girl’s bedroom, decorated with red flock wallpaper and funky extras such as the large mirror, so she can make herself up.

There is also the young boy’s bedroom, which features a work desk, and a nursery with cream walls and a red chair.

The Lea show home is a new addition to the development, which already boasts a host of quality detached properties, making the search for that perfect home in Liverpool all the more enjoyable.

Christine adds: “Detached living is becoming a rare treat for home buyers as government guidelines require that house builders create more three-storey and linked properties to make the most of space available.

“However, we have seen no let up in the amount of enquiries we have for a true detached new home and so it’s great to be launching this exciting show home.”

A Lea, similar to the show home, is currently priced from £199,995 and comes with a detached single garage. Other homes available at the development include the three-bedroom Hardwick, priced from £179,995 and the four-bedroom Langdale, priced from £199,995.

Kingfield Park is located in the Orrell Park district and is just two miles from Aintree racecourse. Liverpool city centre is short bus ride away and Orrell Park train station runs frequent services to Central Station, which will give residents easy access to the Paradise Street project. This exciting new scheme, set for completion in Liverpool’s Capital of Culture year, 2008, is said to be Europe’s largest retail and leisure development

As well as this, for a limited period Redrow are also offering up to £15,000 discount on selected fast track plots. It could not be a better time to secure the detached home you have always wanted, so don’t miss out.
