Redrow comes to town

Award-winning home builder Redrow Homes is hosting a promotional afternoon in Selby town centre this Saturday (Feb 3rd) to showcase their Osgodby venture.

Taking place at Otisdale estate agents in the town centre, between 10am and 2pm, this promotional afternoon is designed to give customers the opportunity to learn more about current incentives available at the company’s Abbey Fields development in Osgodby.

Janine Bellamy, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) says: “We wanted to hold an event in Selby town centre to give as many people as possible the chance to come and meet us, and to find out more about life at Abbey Fields.

“At the moment, we’re offering customers the chance to part-exchange on selected plots, which is a fantastic option for those who want to move quickly but are being held back by the red tape of selling their current house. Many people think that part-exchange must be a complicated process, but it’s really quite straightforward – and on Saturday our sales consultants will be on hand to talk people through how it works.”

There will also be information available of the company’s popular Mastermove programme – the way to sell your house in three easy steps. This innovative scheme allows customers to ‘hold’ their dream Redrow home for up to four weeks, whilst Redrow takes care of selling their existing property – and all for a minimal fee of £50. Once their house has been sold, Redrow will then pay all of the estate agent’s fees, and refund the £50 Mastermove fee.

Abbey Fields itself is located in the tranquil village of Osgodby, just a few miles from Selby town centre and its amenities such as a railway station with direct routes to Leeds, York and London. Road travel is also easily accessible from the A19, with only short distances to both the M62, M1 and A1.
