Television chef James Martin showed off his gastronomic expertise at the launch of a delicious new show apartment at Redrow’s delectable Celestia venture in Cardiff Bay.

Cookery fans and apartment hunters alike were wowed by TV favourite James, who used the apartment’s top spec kitchen to great effect last Saturday (January 27th), creating some elaborate and exciting dishes.

Developer Redrow invited James to open the stunning new duplex show apartment at the development in style, providing a series of exciting cookery demonstrations.

Yorkshire-born James is one of television’s most popular chefs, with a host of TV credits to his name, and author of several hugely successful cookery books.
