New wind in Celestia’s sales

Wed, Jan 31st 2007, 11:00

Apartment hunters looking for a home in Cardiff Bay are in good hands, with two youthful yet experienced consultants on the sales team at Redrow’s flagship Celestia development.

Luly Brice and Sian Whitelock both have a wealth of experience in the housing industry, starting as estate agents before joining the sales team at Redrow.

Sian, 29, who worked at the Michael Graham Young estate agency branch in Radyr and started working for Redrow two years ago, said: “Celestia is an exciting place to work, as we get to deal with a wide variety of different buyers.

“The development attracts a range of ages looking for a home of their own, from young first time buyers, to those looking for a city ‘crash pad’ to use as a base while working in Cardiff. The development also attracts empty-nesters wishing to down-size into a stylish new home as well as buyers looking for a buy to let investment.

“The apartments are ideal as a property investment, as they are brand new and will require little or no upgrading or maintenance, plus they also offer great security.

“Our aim for the apartments recently released at the development, those in the new 14 storey Vega building, is to create a community amongst the residents to ensure that Celestia is both an exceptional and enjoyable place to live.”
The Celestia development is right in the heart of Cardiff bay and, when complete, it will provide excellent views and an ideal location for the city’s amenities.

Luly, 24, who also worked for Michael Graham Young at the Cardiff Bay branch before joining Redrow last year said: “I enjoy working at Celestia because it is a terrific development and it is important to have pride in the product you are selling.

“Cardiff Bay is a very exciting place to be at the moment, and I am sure those who buy apartments at Celestia will find it a vibrant and friendly place to live.”

By day, Cardiff is alive with both shopping and a hugely popular café culture, which offers a diversity of food that will please all tastes and appetites. By night the choices for entertainment seem endless. Among them is the sporting action at the Millennium Stadium, the array of night clubs and the five star Marco Pierre White restaurant – Tides.

Prices for an apartment at Celestia currently start at just £159,950 for a single-bedroom studio and a two-bedroom apartment at the development currently starts at just £185,000.
