New homes in Doncaster

After much anticipation, Redrow’s impressive new homes venture in the Scawthorpe district of Doncaster is opening its doors this weekend (3rd Feb).

Danum St Giles, located on Amersall Road, will eventually comprise 165 properties and offers something to suit everyone – from young professionals to large families and first time buyers to down-sizers.

And from this Saturday, customers will be able to see for themselves what the award-winning house builder could offer them.

The first properties being released for sale are the three and four-bedroom, three storey Malham and Neale designs. The top floor could be reserved for guests, used as a teenager’s den or even as a home office, the possibilities are endless.

The development is situated just three miles north west of Doncaster city centre, with its wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. Bentley railway station is under half a mile away, and regular services run to Doncaster (five mins), Leeds (45 mins) and Sheffield (45 mins) – making it ideally located for commuters. The Doncaster/Sheffield Robin Hood airport is under 30 minutes away, and both the A1 and M18 motorways are also nearby.

The marketing suite will be opening at Danum St Giles, Amersall Road, at 10am on Saturday 3rd February, and everyone is welcome to have a look around and chat to the sales consultants about how a move here could work for them. Would-be purchasers with an existing property to sell will also be able to find out about Mastermove, a special service designed to help find a buyer quickly and with Redrow paying the estate agent’s fees.
