Liverpool based investment and development company three60 has bought the 30,000 sq ft Vista building at the site with tenants Welsh Water and HSBC already occupying the building.
Managing director of three60 Paul Patterson, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and development industry having originally trained as a chartered surveyor said: “The Company started trading in June this year after we secured funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
“We are actively seeking commercial opportunities from across the north of England and we are currently involved in acquisition deals to invest £100m in commercial property, with expansion into development.
“We are delighted to be involved in business with Redrow, and were very impressed with how smoothly the Vista deal happened. Redrow were extremely professional and both sides worked hard to meet deadlines.”
three60 is a subsidiary of the PLUS Housing Group, which currently holds more than £160m worth of property across the North West.
Paul added: “Vista at St David’s Park was ideal for us because, with the high quality of the build and the calibre of the tenants, it is a building we are really proud to own.”
Enjoying an exceptional location, Vista at St David’s Park is just seven miles from the centre of Chester, positioned close to the A494 and A55 expressways, with easy access to the M56 and M53.
Agents Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester and Legat Owen in Chester acted for Redrow on the transaction and law firm Eversheds handled all legal issues.
