Love is in the air - everywhere that home buyers look around at Redrow developments in Gloucestershire this month.
Award-winning house builder Redrow is playing the part of cupid for those on the lookout for a new home in Gloucester and Nailsworth. All customers who reserve a property from 10th-18th February (inclusive) will be automatically entered into a free prize draw to win a romantic weekend away worth a fantastic £400.
Lorraine Kendrick, sales director for Redrow Homes (South West), says: “At Redrow we’ve been truly bitten by the love bug and are delighted to present customers with this amazing potential prize. The lucky winners will not just have a brand new home, but a romantic indulgence to make this year’s Valentine’s Day like no other.”
The exciting prize draw is not the only love-themed treat on offer. Visitors to developments around the region during both weekends before and after Valentine’s Day will be given flowers and chocolates as a loving gift from Redrow to house hunters looking for their dream property.
Lorraine adds: “Everyone is guilty of forgetting a Valentine’s Day somewhere along the way, especially when there are more pressing things on your mind, like searching for a new home and so we want everyone who visits our developments to feel extra special this Valentine’s, whether they’re young couples looking for their first property or families wanting a new place to call home.”
Redrow has some stunning new homes developments in Gloucestershire, including the award-winning Collingwood Crescent. This superb collection of apartments is the result of the completion of a major refurbishment of the Grade II listed, 19th century Horton Road Hospital, which, after 12 years of neglect, has been restored to its former glory by Redrow.
The 79 one, two and three-bedroom apartments offer the best of both worlds – original period features but all the benefits of a brand new home and contemporary lifestyle. The converted hospital is surrounded by new homes carefully created to complement the stunning centre piece.
Prices for properties at Collingwood Crescent range from £150,995 for a two-bedroom apartment to £270,000 for a three-bedroom home.
Another exciting development in Gloucestershire is Forest Rise, in Nailsworth. A choice of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes is on offer, including the three-bedroom, three-storey Lambourne, from £217,000 and the four-bedroom Lea, at £245,000, which comes complete with an en-suite bathroom and detached single garage.
