House hunters in Chorley can ‘look before they leap’ when they visit the new view home at Redrow’s exciting Worden Court @ Buckshaw Village.
A brand new view home has just been opened – a finished property that has been fitted throughout with carpets, curtains and light fittings to help potential customers visualise life in a Redrow home.
Christine Aitken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) says: “We are delighted to invite home buyers to the latest addition to our show village at Worden Court. It accompanies three show homes already available to view at this exciting development and is a new addition that is well worth the visit.
“The show village has been a big success, demonstrating the variety and quality of homes available, while visitors have also been able to appreciate the wider benefits of living at Buckshaw Village.”
Worden Court is a new homes build that is not to be missed as, for a limited period only, Redrow is paying 5% deposit on selected properties making the move to Worden Court that extra bit smoother.
Worden Court at Buckshaw Village comprises two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes within the wider confines of Buckshaw Village, a whole new community that will include its own employment, shopping and leisure facilities, as well as being located close to the established towns of Chorley and Leyland.
“The development also benefits from excellent road and rail connections, whilst another attractive proposition is the proposal for a new railway station within the development itself,” adds Chris
The view home is the Heyward, a three-bedroom semi-detached home with a single garage, which is currently priced from £182,995 and has been a popular home with previous home buyers. It has a spacious lounge area and a large kitchen/dining area, a separate store room and cloakroom complete the ground floor. The first floor consists of the family bathroom and three bedrooms, one complete with en suite shower room.
Other properties available include the Allan2, a two-bedroom apartment with an integral single garage from £139,995, and the detached four-bedroom Tamar with a double garage, currently priced at £287,995.
Christine adds: “Buckshaw Village is truly a beautiful place to live and Redrow’s hard work was recognised when we were awarded with ‘UK’s Best Newbuild Village’ by national consumer magazine Your New Home in January 2006. It comes as no surprise to me why these homes are so sought-after.”
To take a look a look at the new view home visit the marketing suite, off Dawson’s Lane, from Monday to Friday, 12:30pm – 5.30pm or Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5:30pm, or call the Redrow sales consultant on 01772 432006.
