Gillian says: “We’re bringing a wide range of homes to the area, from one-bedroom  apartments to townhouses and right up to four-bedroom detached properties, giving the development a broad appeal.”

Sales are expected to launch at around Easter, with the first people moving into their homes in time for Christmas 2007.

For those looking for something extra special, they might just find it in the picturesque village of Aberuthven, near to the town of Auchterarder, Redrow’s Graemeslea will be an exclusive haven of luxury housing containing just 33 four and five-bedroom homes.

Gillian says: “This is our maiden venture in Perthshire and we wanted to make our first mark here something special and unique. Graemeslea is in a fabulous location - surrounded by open countryside with wonderful views of the Ochill hills.”
