Interior design trends inspired by ultra-hip designers are the main attraction at a very special show home in Cwmbran.

The five-bedroom Windermere home at Redrow’s popular John Fielding Gardens has been fully furnished by a team of professional interior designers to create a sophisticated and stylish look, intended to fuel the imaginations of visitors to this stunning property..

At the hub of the house is the family room. The theme here is peaceful and floral patterns and fabrics have been used, and a glass and chrome table and chairs provide a contemporary central feature.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a lavish oriental theme, and feature furniture such as an oriental armoire cabinet lend air of authenticity. Glamour is also provided by a dramatic crystal and black droplet chandelier.

The master bedroom also features an en-suite shower room and a walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom two on the top floor has been made into an en-suite guest bedroom featuring softer neutral colours with red and gold touches. There is also a youthful second guest bedroom on this floor, featuring tall mirrors and some punchy artwork.

Bedroom four will appeal to a boy in his late teens with a red, white and blue colour theme, creating references to Welsh rugby and keeping the decor firmly rooted in local culture.

Finally, the fifth bedroom continues the oriental theme from the master bedroom, and has been transformed into a relaxing zen paradise using ultra neutral colours and oriental features.
