Eastbourne home hunters got more than they bargained for when they visited a stunning apartment venture at Sovereign Harbour.
For the lucky visitors who sailed into The Boardwalk to view three exceptional show apartments were also treated to some delicious culinary delights courtesy of three highly trained chefs.
The food artists were stationed in each of the stunning apartments to help demonstrate the superb usability of each of the high quality kitchens. Chefs Nigel Smith, Andrew Harwood and Brian Townsend created a mouth watering three-course taster menu, with delicious beef dishes and guilty pleasure chocolate pots.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: “Having the chefs on hand to
demonstrate cooking at its best in the top of the range kitchens, was our way to showcase the fantastic lifestyle that can be enjoyed with an apartment at The Boardwalk.
“Not only were visitors able to see the luxurious interiors of the show apartments up close and personal, but being able to see the kitchen ‘in action’ is an immeasurable benefit for those looking to purchase one of the stylish apartments available here - be it as a holiday home, a base away from the city or the main residence.”
When complete The Boardwalk will offer a tasty selection of 260 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including 18 deluxe penthouses. It’s located within the Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne, with London under two hours away, and great transport links bringing Brighton and Hastings within easy reach.
The bold exterior design draws on maritime influences, reflected in the eye-catching facades of the six buildings which feature splashes of blue and yellow and utilise an unusual combination of aluminium, canvas and wood. A timber-decked walkway will separate the buildings and enhance the character of the development.
All apartments will boast an ‘a la carte’ specification including kitchens fit for a cordon bleu chef, with designer units by Bluestone and equipped with a range of Electrolux appliances, stainless steel sink and taps, concealed worktop lighting and a choice of ceramic flooring.
Currently availability at The Boardwalk includes one-bedroom apartments from £179,000, two-bedroom apartments starting from £226,000 and three-bedroom apartments priced from £300,000.
