Redrow heads for Swansea

Award winning house builder Redrow is pushing its boundaries westwards in South Wales and preparing to launch a new development in Swansea.

The new venture, called Awel-y-Mor, will comprise 115 new home on a six-and-a-half acre site in Heol Las, Birchgrove – just moments from Swansea city with its impressive retail experience, bars, restaurants, cinema Grand Theatre and quaint maritime quarter.

Set in a tranquil location on the outskirts of Swansea, Awel-y-Mor will offer easy access to Swansea Marina and the well known beauty spots of the Mumbles and Gower coastline. 

Redrow’s latest development will feature a variety of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties, including some apartments and a wide selection of terraced, semi and detached houses.
