Want it all?

Apartment hunters in-the-know have been heading for Hemisphere in Edgbaston, where around a third of the stylish pads have already been snapped up off-plan.

Opposite to Warwickshire County Cricket Club and adjacent to Cannon Hill Park, the fabulous venture by Redrow has been appealing to those who want it all – offering a desirable combination of city living, surburban bliss and a stylish property to boot.

With phase one almost complete, and the second phase – H2 – now on release, there are plenty of properties to choose from and savvy buyers are also enjoying the extra benefits of buying off-plan.

Alan Dorn, Redrow’s managing director in the Midlands, says: “Hemisphere is now an established destination for buyers who want the best from their new home. The green surroundings of Edgbaston and neighbouring Cannon Hill Park, provide a fantastic natural environment, while the rush of city centre life is less than half a mile away.”

A selection of one and two-bedroom apartments, plus a handful of sought-after penthouses with outdoor terraces, are currently available – with prices starting at £149,950 for a one-bedroom apartment and moving up to a start price of £189,950 for two bedrooms. The penthouses are priced from £289,950.

Although the apartments vary in design, most typically offer a flexible open-plan living area, which gives buyers the option to be really creative with the way they use their space, as well as generous bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. A number of apartments also offer fitted wardrobes, balconies and parking spaces.

Alan adds: “Buyers, be they owner-occupiers or investors, really seem to like what we’re doing at Hemisphere, and our show apartment offers a glimpse of the lifestyle on offer. Life at Hemisphere is sure to get better and better, and by making a move now, customers can make sure they don’t miss out.”

Those interested in owning a piece of Hemisphere can also benefit from the great advantages of buying off-plan. Purchasers can choose between plots and finishes, and can personalise details throughout their new apartment, enabling them to put their own style stamp on their new place. Those buying off-plan may also be able to upgrade aspects of the standard specification, for an additional cost.

Residents of Hemisphere will also get a variety of other benefits, as the venture is only part of the £100 million, nine-acre mixed-use scheme at Edgbaston Mill. The flagship scheme by Calthorpe Estates will include restaurants, hotel and leisure space as well as retail and commercial space and is set to become a prestigious place to both live and work – giving Redow’s buyers access to a premium lifestyle.

To find out more about how to experience both sides of life at Hemisphere, visit the marketing suite, off Edgbaston Road, open between 10am and 5:30pm daily, or call 0845 676 0515.
