Last orders called in Hazelmere

Time has been called on a popular apartment scheme, The Cedars, in Hazlemere, near High Wycombe, after the final reservation was put on the last property.
The Redrow apartments, which are built on the site of a former pub, have appealed to a mix of buyers and the last one has just been snapped up.
Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow (Southern) says: “We’re delighted with the response we’ve had from buyers about this exciting development. It’s obvious that people can see the potential that these properties have, from young couples to empty nesters wishing to downsize.”
The development has brought new life to the area and helped to regenerate an otherwise redundant site. As well as developing the apartments, Redrow has also facilitated an extension to a doctor’s surgery adjacent to the site.
Paul continued: “Since the Cedars public house had closed down, this site had been left to its own devices. Now it’s a lively and attractive apartment venture with fantastic connections to High Wycombe and London.”
The development, which consists of 20 one and two bedroom apartments, provides all the necessary home comforts – a typical one-bedroom home features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, spacious bedroom and family bathroom, while some of the two-bedroom homes feature an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
Although the Cedars is now complete Redrow is currently building a wide range of houses and apartments across the south of England, including in Farnborough, Thatcham, Bracknell and Eastbourne. For local information call 0845 676 0500.
