Fri, May 19th 2006, 11:00

A fun filled Willy Wonka style chocolate party proved the perfect way to launch Redrow’s exciting new show home at the Manor View development in Frodsham.

A delicious chocolate fountain, face painting and balloon modelling entertained the little ones on the day, allowing the mums and dads to tour the inspiring new Neale show home.

Visitors also enjoyed music from the Gershwin Gang jazz trio which really set the perfect scene for an enjoyable day’s househunting.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (North West), said: “By welcoming the whole family along to this special launch party we gave house hunters a great opportunity to combine a fun day out with finding that dream home.

“The launch of the terrific Neale show home offers the first chance for visitors to take a look inside one of the great range of excellent properties available. With so much quality to choose from there is bound to be something for everyone at Manor View.”

The three-storey, four-bedroom Neale is one of the most spacious designs at Manor View. A combined kitchen and breakfast room provide the perfect setting for relaxed family get-togethers and a separate dining room, a contrasting space for more formal entertaining. A handy cloakroom completes the ground floor. Located in Bridge Lane, Manor View comprises an appealing mix of 44 apartments and 15 townhouses.

The development is located within close proximity to the M56, which runs between Chester and Manchester and offers handy access to the M6 and M53.
