Anyone searching for a modern, newly built home with a period twist will be first in the queue to buy a property at a new development near Solihull.
Regency Place, Redrow’s latest offering of new homes within Dickens Heath Village, has just launched and emulates all the character and features of traditional period homes.
Julia Pallister, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands) said: “This new phase really is modern living with a twist. There is a mix of four-bedroom town houses and two-bedroom apartments. The exterior elevations replicate traditional Georgian properties, yet all the homes offer a fresh and contemporary interior.
“They are the perfect compromise between a new and old home. Buyers will have the character and prestige of an old home, yet benefit from the reliability of a modern, new-build home they can make their own.”
Regency Place has both town houses and smaller apartments on offer so all sorts of house hunters could find their perfect home.
One of the homes currently on release is the two-bedroom Buxton apartment, from £199,950. The Buxton boasts a spacious, open plan living and kitchen area to the rear of the apartment with plenty of room for dining. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is an additional second bedroom and family bathroom.
There are also a limited number of stylish town houses yet to be released.
Regency Place is only one of a number of Redrow developments within Dickens Heath Village, which as well as offering a host of stunning, high quality properties, also offers the complete lifestyle package.
At the heart of the village is the Village Centre, which will create a sense of community with its trendy wine bars and restaurants, perfect for socialising, as well as designer boutiques and other shops for when a bit of retail therapy is needed.
“Dickens Heath provides the perfect location for these new homes. Whether it’s young professionals moving into one of Regency Place’s apartments or a family choosing to live in one of the spacious town houses, the village provides everything from stylish pavement cafes to a medical centre and library”, adds Julia.
Dickens Heath is only three miles from Solihull town centre with its high street shops and amenities. Also nearby is the Touchwood retail complex, offering a host of shops, restaurants and bars on the Touchwood Dining Terrace. The complex also has a multiplex cinema.
The development is also eight miles from Birmingham city centre and has links to the M6, M5, M40 and M42 and beyond.
