Step 1. Find your new Redrow home

Choose your new Redrow home and register on our Mastermove scheme with a fully refundable deposit which is paid back to you upon completion.*

Step 2. We sell your old home

We will arrange for 2-3 valuations to be carried out on your current home and agree a selling price with you.  We will liaise with one of our approved Estate Agents to market your property for you at no cost to you.

Step 3. Move into your new Redrow home

Once your home is sold, you are then ready to proceed with the purchase of your new Redrow home with NO ESTATE AGENT'S FEES to pay!**

No restrictions

Mastermove can be used for any home, including flats, maisonettes, ex-council homes, leasehold properties and unusual houses.

No price differential

Unlike Part Exchange, Mastermove does not require a difference in price between your old house and your new home, so you can use Mastermove to downsize or side step as well as to move up.

No selling fees

We even pay the estate agents’ fees for you saving you hundreds or even thousands of pounds.

No hassle

We will take care of everything for you, helping with paperwork, liaising with the estate agents and ensuring everything runs smoothly. So you can sit back and relax

Part Exchange

With no lengthy chains getting in the way, and all your estate agent fees paid for you, Part Exchange is the easiest and most straightforward way to move to your new dream home.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, then pop down to the development that’s caught your eye and have a chat with one of our Sales Consultants. They’ll not only tell you which of the properties are available for Part Exchange, they’ll fill you in on all the finer details. 

If you’re happy with what you hear, you’ll then be asked to complete a simple questionnaire. When that’s done, we’ll set the ball rolling by arranging for an independent estate agent to value your home.

Then, if the value of your property is at least 35% lower than the value of your chosen Redrow home, you could be sending out the ‘We’ve Moved’ cards before you know it.

*For Part Exchange to take place, the value of your property must usually be a minimum 35% less than your chosen

Help to Buy Wales

Help to Buy Wales

Help to Buy is a government-backed scheme that helps you move into a new Redrow home with as little as 5% deposit.
The government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build Redrow home with a value of up to £300,000. This equity loan is interest free for five years.
This has many benefits for Redrow home buyers:

 

  • You’ll only need to secure a 75% mortgage from your bank or building society
  • Your monthly mortgage repayments will be lower
  • You’ll only have to find a 5% deposit
  • You pay no interest on your 20% equity loan for 5 years
