More time at home has meant more time in the garden. For our customers, it’s been an opportunity to transform their outdoor space.
After a warm spring and a hot summer around the corner, we’re all spending more time outside. Maybe that’s why we’ve seen a trend in recent years of people reducing the amount of lawn in their garden, opting instead to create larger decks and patios.
This isn't just to reduce maintenance, many people are now opting for more socially focused gardens with extra seating and an entertainment space. @no_19home deck and seating area is brilliant and we love the outdoor rug. @lubu_222 has taken this even further with not 1 but 4 different outdoor seating options!
Space for the whole family
For some of our customers, their gardens need to cater for growing and active families. As the summer holidays approach, it’s important to child proof the garden and give them plenty of options to entertain themselves.
We love @mamma_wife_love’s mini waterpark with a slide going into the paddling pool. We’re sure this will be a familiar site across our developments this summer!
When it comes to going the extra mile though, we have to recognise @Plot53thecoppice for their amazing playhouse! We’re sure endless fun will be had there.
We know how much our customers love their pets. It's great to see more innovative garden designs to create a home for pets too. We couldn't mention them without including these two great pictures from @charl.grace and @our.yorkshire.home of their proud pooches enjoying their gardens!
