50 new homes planned for new Derby development

Redrow has confirmed land has been exchanged for a new housing development that will see 50 new homes brought to Derby.

Our East Midlands team has completed on a 21-acre site off Jackson Lane in Etwall, formerly used for agriculture, just eight-miles south of Derby. With outline planning consent in place, the housebuilder expects to build a selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £425,000.

With a reserved matters planning application in progress, construction at the development is anticipated to commence in Autumn. As part of our East Midland’s divisions commitment to creating thriving communities, the housebuilder has also committed to circa £1million by way of S106 contributions.

Located just eight miles from Derby, and six from Burton-Upon Trent, and with key travel routes within easy reach, the new development will offer village surroundings combined with a well-connected location, making it perfectly placed for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters alike.
