On Monday 18 April from 1pm-5pm, our East Midlands and Midlands divisions will be welcoming a whole host of adorable bunny rabbits to their show home gardens at Foxbridge Manor in Castle Donington and Abbey Fields in Telford, for local people to pet, stroke and play with when booking a show home visit.
The unusual incentive forms part of our initiative to encourage those looking for a new home to ‘hop to it’ before it’s too late, as demand continues to increase for new-build homes in the area.
Potential buyers can even opt for the friendly creatures to offer their calming presence while chatting with the sales team or have them on hand to occupy the kids while the adult’s ‘rabbit’ on about stamp duty.
A limited number of appointments are available, so visitors will need to be quick and head to secure their Easter Monday slot with the Foxbridge Manor and Abbey Fields team.
There will also be a second event held on 20 April from 1pm-5pm at Amington Garden Village for those who can’t make Easter Monday and do not want to miss out.

Everyone who successfully locates the red egg will win an Easter egg on the day, while those who snap a “shell-fie” with it, and upload it to social media, will be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 voucher from luxury chocolatiers Hotel Chocolat.
