Emily, 32, has re-joined the team at Lancashire’s head office in Chorley as customer services manager, overseeing developments across the Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
Emily, who lives in Rhes-Y-Cae in Flintshire with her partner Jamie and son Albie, first joined the business back in 2013, after moving away from the financial industry. After more than five years with the company, she moved on to gain further customer service experience with other residential developers, but always felt that she may return.
“I was always interested in property and was ready for a new challenge. Redrow has always had a special place in my heart as I’ve owned two Redrow properties myself,” said Emily.
“Redrow’s tailor-made customer experience process, customer experience suites and the great product we build definitely makes us stand out from other housebuilders.”
As customer services manager, Emily is the main contact for customers as they move into their new home and in the months after. It’s her job to check that everything is completed to the highest standard and there are no issues for the new homeowners.
“I inspect properties before they are handed over to the customer and also conduct home previews before completion dates,” said Emily.
“I like to stay in close contact with our customers, so I check in with them most days and visit them if they’re available. I work closely with the site manager and also the sales department, we’re one big team!”
Although Emily works across our developments in Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester, currently she is spending most of her time working with customers at Oakwood Fields in Lowton and The Finches at Hilton Grange and Grace Fields at Hilton Grange both in Halewood.
Gavin Powell, head of customer services, said: “It’s great to have Emily back on the team. She is a great asset and brings a wealth of experience.” Redrow Lancashire has also recently promoted Kirsty Hughes to the position of area sales manager, from her role as trainee area sales manager.
Redrow’s Lancashire division is currently on site at 11 live outlets across Lancashire and parts of Greater Manchester and Merseyside, stretching as far south as the M56 corridor.
