The new Windsor design will be revealed for the first time at an open house event at The Finches at Hilton Grange in Halewood on Saturday, January 21 from 11am - 4pm.
Taking place at the same time, the team will also host another event at Oakwood Fields in Lowton with a ‘Readymade’ Warwick view home, one of our most popular styles, opening its doors.
The events not only give potential homebuyers the opportunity to look around the new view homes, so they can appreciate the space on offer, but also to view the specification up close, including the kitchen and bathrooms.
Sian Pitt, sales director for Redrow Lancashire, said: “The view homes haven’t been fully furnished like our show homes, however, that means our customers have a blank canvas to envisage how they would put their own design stamp on the house.
“Our sales consultants will be on hand at both developments to show prospective purchasers around the view homes and show homes, as well as talking them through our development plans in our customer experience suites.”
The four-bedroom detached Windsor at The Finches, boasts an open plan kitchen/dining room and family area, as well as a separate utility room, cloakroom and lounge. The first floor has four sizeable bedrooms, with an en-suite to the main bedroom and a family bathroom. It is also the latest property to be added to our award winning Heritage Collection.
“This is the first property of this type to be built in the North West so we have decided to open it as a view home to give customers the opportunity to get to know more about its layout, room sizes and specification,” Sian added.
Visitors will also be able to visit three professionally styled and furnished show homes at The Finches, The Marlow, The Cambridge and The Canterbury.
The Finches will offer a collection of 196 one and two-bedroom apartments, along with three and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, off Lower Road in the south-west of Halewood.
Alongside the neighbouring Grace Fields development , it will provide a new community and form part of the significant East Halewood Sustainable Extension, a masterplan to build high-quality new homes for the area.
The Warwick view home at Oakwood Fields, in Lowton, boasts a kitchen/dining area that extends the entire width of the property at the rear, along with a handy cloakroom and separate lounge. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the main with en-suite, and a luxurious family bathroom.
Oakwood Fields will offer more than 100 properties at the semi-rural development located on the edge of the village between Wigan and Warrington.
The development will offer a mix of three and four-bedroom homes from our award-winning Heritage Collection, praised for its complementary design of old and new, with traditional exteriors leading into bright and contemporary open plan spaces.
Visitors will also be able to visit two professionally styled and furnished properties at Oakwood Fields, The Stratford and The Canterbury.
