Once complete, the development will feature high-quality three and four-bedroom homes from our award-winning Heritage Collection.
The investment includes over £124,000 to improve transport links in the area – including enhancing public transport services.
As part of our commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £382,000 will fund education projects, including the expansion of local primary and secondary schools.
