Set to be announced on May 10 at Grosvenor House, London, we are hoping for success after making the shortlist for the Large Developer and the Health and Wellbeing Initiative categories.
Organised by Property Week, the ceremony recognises the residential property sector and its successes, bringing together over 1,300 key players in the residential market including developers, house builders, operators, agencies and local authorities.
Tom Roberts, head of communications at Redrow, said: “As a large developer, we’re committed to providing a better way to live for our customers, which starts with building premium homes that are better by design and offer better energy efficiency. We’ve made strides in the last year toward our goal of making our homes more energy efficient than ever and have begun a programme to install air source heat pumps as standard, on all upcoming developments. To have our efforts recognised with a place on the shortlist for the Large Developer category is a great achievement.
“Our Saxon Brook development in Pinhoe, near Exeter, has also been shortlisted for the Health and Wellbeing Initiative award. This nature-rich development has been designed in line with our ‘Nature for People’ biodiversity strategy, to protect and enhance wildlife habitats at the same time as providing beautiful green spaces that actively promote health and wellbeing for residents.
“We look forward to the ceremony in May and wish all of the other finalists the best of luck.”
