The UK Property Awards recognise the best in business at an annual ceremony, with the Cheshire development seeing its recent award win upgraded to the highest level of accolade – the Five Star award – at the ceremony held at The London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
Ledsham Garden Village, located off Ledsham Road, will eventually be a community of 2,000 properties and will also be home to a shop, a community building, allotments, meadow parkland and an orchard.
Now in its 30th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and cover over 45 different architecture, interior design and development related categories.
“We were so pleased to receive this Five Star award at this year’s UK Property Awards,” said Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW.
“We are very proud of the homes and community we are building at Ledsham Garden Village and this award is a testament to that.”
We also won a number of other awards on the night, with its website being named as ‘best developer website in the UK’ as well as five other Five Star awards for developments and show home interiors across the country. Our website – Redrow.co.uk – will now go on to compete at the highest level, against the top scorers from several other global regions, to be named best in the world at The International Property Awards Grand Final later this year.
The newest phase, at Ledsham Graden Village named Sycamore Green, includes a selection of three and four bedroom homes, which will all feature air source heat pumps as standard to provide heating and hot water, as well as underfloor heating to the ground floor in detached designs, reducing homeowners’ energy use.
