Guests will be able to take their first glimpse inside the show homes at Round Hill Gardens, located on Manchester Road, during the launch event on Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6.
A face painter, balloon modeller and live musician will all be on hand to ensure the whole family is entertained. There will also be traditional ice cream from Daresbury Dairy.
Round Hill Gardens will eventually include 454 new homes and will feature a wide selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, split across two outlets Woodlands and Blossoms.
The show homes launching will be The Brownlow, The Walfield, and a five-bedroom property The Warren.
