The Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme might have now closed to new applicants in England but it has been extended in Wales until March 2025 and has a higher price cap of £300,000 from April 2023.
Cwrt Sant Ioan, Plasdŵr offers a range of two-bedroom apartments with prices starting at £224,995. All have been carefully designed to maximise the space with a stylish high quality specification that is ideal for those looking for the WOW factor.
There are just 11 of the two bedroom apartments remaining and buyers can take advantage of Help to Buy with just a 5% deposit and lower mortgage payments– but you’ll need to be quick as the incentive expires on 31 March 2023.
Area Sales manager Danielle Richards said: “If you’re looking to get on or move up the property ladder in Wales, the Help to Buy Wales scheme could make it more affordable. It’s a great way to make home ownership more affordable and means you could be moving sooner than you think. If you’re interested then please come and have a chat with our team at Cwrt Sant Ioan who’ll be able to answer your questions and explain what we have available.”
Help to Buy - Wales scheme is a shared equity loan which both first-time buyers and home movers can use to support the purchase of a new home in Wales up to the value of £250,000 (From April 2021).
