A long drive home is a thing of the past for Alex, Alistair and their 13 year old daughter Daisy having made the move from Shropshire to Cardiff.
Having relocated with work to Cardiff, Alistair was juggling a long commute and a period of living away from his family before moving to Churchlands, Lisvane in June 2021.
As a Board Director of SA Brain & Co and Cask Marque, Alistair’s work takes him between Cardiff and London. Based from home, wife Alex is a self-employed health coach and writer and together with their daughter they couldn’t be happier now that they’re living in their luxurious Leamington Lifestyle home.

Alex explains: “We’re a very busy family so time is precious. We knew we wanted to make the move to Cardiff but didn’t want the stress or hassle of having to refurbish or redecorate a property that wasn’t our style. That’s why we started looking for a new build.
“Churchlands is the perfect location for us with a lovely neighbourhood. We’re within walking distance of great places to eat and it is just a very short commute to school and the city. Our two dogs are also loving the walks that are right on our doorstep.
“From the moment we first visited the Redrow showhome, we knew the Leamington Lifestyle would give us exactly what we needed with plenty of space. Daisy loves having her own bathroom and our walk-in wardrobe is what dreams are made of.
“Importantly, the quality of the build is really very impressive and we made excellent use of the My Redrow facility; choosing exactly what we wanted to make the home ours with lots of lovely finishing touches. Redrow haven’t been able to do enough for us and we couldn’t be happier.“
