The Alders at Great Oldbury, on De Liesle Bush Way, which will provide 131 new homes, has confirmed that it is contributing over £7million into the region.
The investment includes a number of contributions, with £250,000 to improve transport links in the area – including enhancing public transport services.
As part of our commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £6million will see a new primary school built in the area.
Redrow South West also invested £264,000 to support local library services, £30,000 to support the Community Hall and an additional £222,000 for the maintenance and care of the local canal system.
