Help to Sell is a scheme offered at our Leeds-based developments, Thorpe Park, Centurian Fields and Whitehall Grange, as well as other developments across Yorkshire.
Help to Sell makes the process of selling an existing property simple, with Redrow and our agency partners managing much of the process on our customers' behalf. It takes all the stress out of selling up and moving on, with Redrow also contributing towards sellers’ fees.
“We have had a great uptake on the Help to Sell scheme, with four sales agreed only last week,” said Gina Brookes, national operations director at New Homes Solutions.
“The scheme provides the seller with their own dedicated account manager who will liaise directly with Redrow. We will negotiate the best possible price for their existing property, carry out all the sales progression and contract chasing, again keeping the seller and Redrow updated to ensure a smooth exchange of contracts.
“A huge benefit of this scheme to the seller is that Redrow pay our estate agency fees, therefore saving the seller thousands of pounds worth of fees.”
New Home Solutions’ current statistics show that the average selling time for a property using the scheme is 45 days from property going live to the notification of sale being issued.
“Centurion Fields has been our most successful development so far for Help to Sell applications and subsequent sales, and we have also seen a good number of applications too from Whitehall Grange,” said Gina.
Located off Manston Lane, Cross Gates, Centurion Fields features three and four-bedroom homes. Once complete, the development will feature 200 properties from our popular Heritage Collection.
At neighbouring development The Avenue at Thorpe Park; the final homes are now on sale, with a selection of three and four-bedroom properties from both our Heritage Collection and bespoke contemporary collection.
Over at Whitehall Road, in New Farnley, only a handful of three and four bedroom homes now remain at Whitehall Grange. The development is ideal for anyone wanting the best of both worlds, being close to the city centre but having green space and woodland on the doorstep.
