Receiving a five star rating in the HBF’s annual customer satisfaction survey, Redrow is celebrating its second set of top marks in successive years.
The top standard is reserved for companies where more than 90% of customers would recommend them to a friend; and where at least 90% of purchasers are satisfied with the quality of their new home.

The last 12 months have seen our business strengthened by an improved level of sales but this is only possible by ensuring we deliver the highest levels of customer service.
