Receiving a five star rating in the HBF’s annual customer satisfaction survey, Redrow is celebrating its third set of top marks in successive years.
The top standard is reserved for companies where more than 90% of customers would recommend them to a friend; and where at least 90% of purchasers are satisfied with the quality of their new home.

The results found by the HBF show that Redrow customers are receiving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
