Redrow is playing its part in the Government’s eight-week consultation on leasehold, which was announced on 25th July 2017.
Concentrated in the North West, Redrow has always sold its leasehold new houses on a reasonable basis, with 999-year terms and ground rent reviews set to a minimum of every ten years and linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI).
However, Redrow appreciates that overall consumer confidence in leasehold has been affected and is committed to contributing in full to the Government consultation.
Redrow will keep customers updated with any new information.
