The doors to six new homes will be thrown open on Sunday (October 13), special incentives will be available for those who reserve, children can follow the ‘Buster Bear’ trail and adults can enter a free prize draw to win £100 worth of Debenhams vouchers.

Surveyors say that growing consumer confidence has led to a surge in new instructions and the Bank of England has reported that mortgage approvals are at their highest for more than five years.
