Luxurious Lytham villas set for top award

Ten large and luxurious, individually designed villas in Lytham, Lancashire, are guaranteed a place in the UK Property Awards’ hall of fame.

The Villas at Lytham Quays could win a top 5-star award for Best Development and subsequently be judged against the best properties around the world. At the very least they’re guaranteed to receive a Highly Commended.

And top scoring winners at the UK Property Awards’ high profile gala and presentation dinner, being held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on October 18, will go on to compete in the International Property Awards global competition.

Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said, “In such a highly industrialised region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high.  Winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of UK towns and cities.”

One of seven Redrow Homes’ success stories at this year’s ceremony, The Villas, is a gated enclave of 10 new homes with views across the famous Lytham Green to the Ribble estuary. Each detached villa provides approximately 4,500 sq feet of living space, comprising five bedrooms, multiple en-suites, grand entrances, balconies and landscaped gardens.

Every element has been carefully considered to create the ideal ambience, from top of the range appliances, stylish units and exquisite worktops in the kitchen, to simply stunning bathroom fixtures that turn the many en-suites into works of art. Sumptuous master suites comprise a separate bedroom and lounge area, walk-in wardrobe, luxury en-suite and a balcony. The split level design of the homes creates a multi-functional lower ground floor area that lends itself to a number of uses, such as a cinema room, gym (with shower room adjoining) or home office.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “We’re delighted with this recognition for the Villas, which are truly stunning homes in a beautiful location. Lytham is famed for its bijou charm, upmarket lifestyle and an appealing collection of boutiques and restaurants. The villas are perfectly pitched to live up to their location and display all the quality and accoutrements discerning homebuyers expect in a home costing up to £1.25 million.”

The UK Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, the world’s richest competition when measured by the value of the projects entered.  The award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. The UK Property Awards rank amongst the most prestigious commendations in the residential and commercial property sectors. A high-calibre jury of international experts identifies the most significant building projects as well as the highest quality UK estate agencies, property consultants and industry websites and marketing campaigns.

At the end of the year, the highest scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. The judging panel consists of approximately 70 professionals.
