New show apartment takes Beacon Point to near sell-out

The impressive style and luxurious features of a new showhome in Lytham have wowed visitors to such an extent that there are now only two apartments left to buy.

The stunning two-bedroom show apartment at Beacon Point, Lytham Quays, boasts  modern styling by interior experts Blocc with neutrals and contemporary shades of grey complemented by on trend feature headboards in the bedrooms and large wall clocks in the lounge area.

And visitors to the ground floor property can also head out onto the terrace, which has spectacular views over the Ribble Estuary.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “The new show apartment has been very popular and is doing a fabulous job of showing off the luxurious Lytham lifestyle. Now that there are just two apartments remaining, we’d urge people to come and take a look so those interested don’t miss out.”

The remaining properties are a one-bedroom detached Gatehouse apartment at £134,950 and a two-bedroom Courtyard apartment for £200,000. Like other properties within Beacon Point they enjoy convivial open plan layouts that combine kitchen, dining and living areas to offer ease of living while also maximising the potential of the space available. They also both come with parking spaces.

“At Redrow we have a reputation for including many items that people may not expect as part of our standard specification” Claire added.

“As a rule our kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances and the apartments at Beacon Point are no exception. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher are all included, while the bathrooms feature contemporary Sottini sanitaryware.”

What’s more, the apartments qualify for the Government’s Help to Buy scheme aimed at those who may not have a substantial deposit.

Help to Buy allows buyers to take out a 20% equity loan, which is interest free for five years. Then, only a 75% mortgage and 5% deposit is needed to purchase a new home. In the case of the Beacon Point apartments, Help to Buy means the deposit needed could be as little as £6,748.

In addition to the two remaining Beacon Point apartments, Redrow also has five luxury detached villas available at Lytham Quays. These impressive five-bedroom properties sit within an exclusive gated enclave and enjoy views across the famous Lytham Green to the Ribble estuary. Current availability ranges from the ‘Sandbanks’ style home at £999,995 up to the ‘Mariners Reach’ at £1,245,000.

Lytham itself is known for its enviable lifestyle with chic restaurants, café bars, boutiques and respected golf clubs.
