Don't miss out at Sandy Lane

Home buyers should act now if they want to secure a brand new family home within one of the most popular parts of Buckshaw Village, near Chorley.

Developer Redrow has launched the final phase of its Sandy Lane development, with fewer than 10% of the luxury new homes remaining.

The currently selection features large four and five-bedroom executive detached homes from £344,995, but there will be some more three and four bedroom styles coming soon.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “Sandy Lane has always been a sought-after element of Buckshaw Village but now, with just 10 homes remaining, those keen to live here should act fast.

“The properties have been designed with family living in mind. Each home offers open-plan areas designed for spending quality time together, as well as spacious bedrooms for those times when you just want to relax.

“Given the size of these homes, many would-be buyers are likely to have an existing property to sell. If they do, we can help them with our Mastermove service, designed to save them time, effort and money.”

Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly - and they will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day. All it takes is a small deposit of £50, which will be refunded upon completion.

Current availability at Sandy Lane starts from £344,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Welwyn’ with en-suite, utility room and integral double garage; and rises to £410,995 for a substantial four-bedroom ‘Balmoral’, whose many features include a study and two en-suite bathrooms.

The final phase will also introduce some three-bedroom styles, including a brand new Redrow house design, the Leamington. What makes this home different is that each of its three double bedrooms boats a fashionable en-suite wet room. The property also has an open plan kitchen / family room and large separate lounge downstairs.

All of the homes at Sandy Lane hail from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection with traditional looking exteriors and period style architectural features. However, step inside and they are bright, spacious and enjoy fully integrated kitchens with top brand name appliances, including oven, microwave and fridge freezer, and bathrooms and en-suites with tailored fixtures and fittings.

Buckshaw Village, between Chorley and Leyland, has become an extremely popular place to live. It includes shops, a Tesco superstore, a primary school, community centre, doctors’ surgery, two pubs and even a brand new railway station on the Manchester to Preston line.

Sandy Lane is just one of a number of Redrow developments which between them offer a wide range of new homes for every kind of buyer.
