Redrow Homes has gained top marks for the fifth consecutive year in the Home Builders Federation’s annual customer satisfaction survey.
The national homebuilder earned the revered five star rating after more than 90% of its homeowners said that they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend Redrow to a friend, in the HBF’s 10th annual National New Homes Survey.
Dave Bexon, Group sales and marketing director for Redrow Homes, said: “Measuring customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. The feedback we get, including responses to the National New Homes Survey, allows us to drive positive change within the business and make continual improvements to our homes and the service we provide to our customers.
“It’s a superb achievement to have retained our five star rating for the fifth year in a row and testament to the dedication of our staff in every department. We can confidently tell our new customers that more than 90% of our homeowners would recommend us to friends and family, and that’s a fantastic assurance to be able to offer.”
Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the Home Builders Federation said: “The Customer Satisfaction survey is an excellent way of measuring the level of customer service house builders achieve. The scheme is an independently monitored survey of the people who really matter to our industry, our customers. To achieve such a high level of customer satisfaction requires commitment from board room to site, and is a fantastic achievement.”
