Homes at the Greater Manchester development have officially been on sale since June but even at the pre-launch event in April, six ‘Early Bird’ reservations were secured, which means people have first refusal on the homes when they are eventually released for sale.
With seven out of the nine homes currently released now sold, and the remaining two not expected to be around for long, Redrow is looking into releasing more Early Bird plots soon to keep up with demand.

The bus journey into Manchester from Walkden will be improved by the Leigh Guided Busway. Expected to be up and running by the end of the year, this will provide a dedicated bus route along the East Lancs Road through nearby Worsley into the city centre and beyond, creating more options for commuters.
Dukes Manor will eventually feature 117 family homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, comprising traditional semi-detached three-bedroom homes to executive detached four-bedroom homes with integral double garages.
