Customer recommendations hit 95.6% for Redrow Homes in Lancashire

 

JUST weeks after being awarded five stars for customer satisfaction nationwide, Redrow Homes  Lancashire is celebrating a coveted honour for the service it provides to homebuyers.

The Chorley-based division of the housebuilder has earned a Gold Award after an independent national survey conducted by housing industry by In-house Research. They found that 95.6% of customers in Ormskirk, Rochdale, Wigan, Liverpool, Moston, Chorley, Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham, Penwortham and Walmer Bridge would recommend Redrow to others.

It follows hot on the heels of a third successive five-star rating in the Home Builders’ Federation annual customer satisfaction survey, a standard reserved again for those who achieve at least a 90% level of customer recommendation and overall satisfaction.

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) said: “These awards are the benchmark against which we measure our customer service levels. The Gold Award from In-house Research is a highly sought after accolade and we are very proud to have achieved the standard for a second year. However, we will not be resting on our laurels, we will continue to strive for even higher levels of recommendations year after year and we remain dedicated to ensuring the joy experienced by our home owners is second to none.”

In-house conduct research for all of the major housebuilders, Redrow included, and continuously measure their customer satisfaction scores.

Customers were asked a specific yes or no question as to whether they would recommend Redrow based on the whole experience of purchasing a new home.  The survey is conducted over the telephone and with a response rate of more than 70%, the integrity of data and results is paramount. Every customer is phoned whether they are happy or unhappy.
