Award-winning homebuilder Redrow is promising a sprinkling of festive fun in Chester when its ‘Grange’ becomes a grotto for the evening.
Redrow is hosting ‘A Very Redrow Christmas’, a special event to be held at its Regent’s Grange and Earls Park development in Huntington on Wednesday December 7, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Not only will the festive fayre be filled with fun and Yuletide treats, it will also raise money for local charity The Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
Melanie Cowieson, corporate fundraiser for the hospice, said: “The Hospice of the Good Shepherd are delighted that Redrow is supporting them this Christmas with their Christmas event. The Hospice needs to raise more than £2.5 million each year to provide its services and relies on the generosity of the community as a whole to help raise this amount.”
Visitors, including existing and potential customers and people from the local community, will get the chance to join in the cheer with a visit from Father Christmas and enjoy scrummy seasonal goodies like hot chocolate and delicious spicy mulled wine.
There will be carols and Christmas music courtesy of the Northwich Pop Choir and Chester-based Deva Brass Band.
The evening will be attended by the Deputy Lord Mayor Cllr Razia Daniels, and the Deputy Lord Mayor’s Consort, Mr Stephen Daniels and there will also be raffles, marquees and a host of other activities to get everyone in the holiday mood. What’s more, visitors can sneak a peak at Redrow’s stunning Regent’s Grange and Earls Park homes.
“Christmas is coming, and we’d like to help people embrace the festive spirit,” said Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW). “We would love to invite people to come to our Regents Grange and Earls Park development’s and take the chance to see Santa before he gets too busy and enjoy lots of wonderful Christmas music and treats.
“It is a great opportunity for us to get the community together and have fun, while raising money for a good cause.”
‘A Very Redrow Christmas’ will be held at Regent’s Grange on Chester Lane, in Huntington, on Wednesday December 7, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. All proceeds will go to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
